Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Griha Aura experience. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • All returns must be approved prior to sending. Please contact support@grihaaura.com.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, personalized, or clearance products cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of approval.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refund policy

After the refund has been initiated by Wings International as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines:

  • NEFT - 1 to 3 days post refund initiation.
  • Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.

Please note, Wings International initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, and after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Wings International warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies; Wings International may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
